Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your SquishMatch order! If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, clean, and in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item, and we'll work to make it right.

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
